Submissions
Equilibrium Community Ecology has made submissions promoting co-operative ownership to both State and Local Government.
At a State level, these have included submissions on the review of the NSW Co-operatives Act and the NSW Home Building Act.
At a local level, these have included submissions for Gosford Council's Affordable Housing Strategy and for the Woy Woy Peninsula Urban Directions Strategy. The submissions suggest ways that eco-village and co-housing principles might be applied to planning the Woy Woy Peninsula on the NSW Central Coast.
