Finding it a struggle

Just wondering how everything works with the co-op housing? And what makes you eligible? I'm a 19-year-old girl currently on youth allowance through Centrelink and finding it a bit of a struggle and stressful at the moment, living at home with both my mother and father. My father has a drinking problem, which I find hard to put up with. I was just wondering could you be any help for me?
